Overview

Elevate the stance, performance, and capability of your 2025–2026 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss or GMC Sierra AT4 1500 with this lift kit from BDS Suspension. Up front, the kit utilizes FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass (IBP) coil-over shocks paired with heavy-duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength and suspension travel. Out back, fabricated steel lift blocks, longer U-bolts, and FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 IBP shocks complete the setup, producing a level to slightly rearward-high stance. The kit includes clearance for up to 35" tires on Silverado Trail Boss models and up to 33" tires on Sierra AT4 models.

FOX Factory Race Series 3.0 Internal Bypass shocks deliver position-sensitive damping technology and Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjustment. Patented Internal Bypass technology provides multiple zones of damping control for a comfortable, confident ride across varying terrain. Shock fluid bypasses the main piston through a series of bleed holes in the ride zone; as the shock extends past the ride zone, the bleed holes terminate and force fluid through the main piston, progressively building force to control hard bottom-outs and prevent harsh top-outs. Finned external reservoirs and aluminum shock bodies help manage fluid temperatures, while Type III anodization protects the 3-inch diameter bodies against corrosion and wear.

The included BDS HD upper control arms feature 1.5" OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning, allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. Durometer-specific rubber bushings at the frame mounting ends provide maintenance-free operation, while greaseable ball joints at the knuckle end ensure smooth, quiet operation and long-term durability. Arms are finished in durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap.
