BDS 4.5 Inch Lift Kit | Chevy Silverado/GMC Sierra 2500HD/3500HD (2011-2019) 4WD | 3 Inch Block Kit Without Overload | NX2 Nitro Series

Configured with a 3 Inch Rear Block Kit (Without Top-Mounted Overload Springs) and NX2 Nitro Series shocks. Select this option if your truck's rear leaf springs do not have top-mounted overload springs.

NX2 Nitro Series shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

This BDS 4.5-inch lift kit is designed for 2011–2019 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500HD 4WD trucks, improving stance, performance, and capability. BDS engineered a No Torsion Bar Drop System where the torsion bars mount directly to the top of the lower a-arm, eliminating the need to drop the torsion bar cross-member for maximum ground clearance. The kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires and includes everything needed for a complete front and rear suspension lift.

Up front, the kit uses torsion bar relocation brackets, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy duty skid plates for off-road protection. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles correct steering geometry at the new taller ride height. Sway bar links, bump stop extensions, stainless steel brake lines, CV spacers, and all required hardware are included. In the rear, replacement lift blocks install in place of the stock block, retaining ride quality and load capacity. A u-bolt flip kit is also included for maximum clearance. Shocks are available in NX2 Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Performance Series.

Important Notes

• Torsion Bar Tool required to load/unload the torsion bars.
• Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled on 2015–2019 models.
• Factory dually wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Models with a two-piece rear driveshaft may require #121612.
• Top-mounted rear overload spring-equipped models require a different kit than non-overload equipped models. Be sure to select the correct option for your truck.
• Depending on the specific wheel and tire combination, trimming may be required for 35x12.50 tires.
