Rear lift is achieved via a Block Kit and Add-A-Leaf configuration. The 4-inch cast iron rear block replaces the factory 1-1/4-inch block, netting approximately 4.5 inches of rear lift to level the vehicle while maintaining factory payload weight ratings. Rear shocks are FOX 2.0 Performance Series units featuring a 2-inch impact-extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a large 5/8-inch hard chrome plated alloy steel shaft, and application-specific valving to maximize performance.
Overview
This BDS 6-inch lift kit is engineered for 2007–2013 Chevy Silverado and GMC Sierra 1500 4WD trucks, providing improved stance, ground clearance, and off-road capability with fitment for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit uses full-length replacement strut shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch-thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles that work with factory tie rod ends to maintain steering angles and ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and CV spacers are included for a comprehensive front suspension lift. In the rear, the kit is available with either a lift block and add-a-leaf configuration or full Glide-Ride replacement leaf springs, paired with your choice of FOX rear shocks. A Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty is included.

Important Notes
- This system will not fit 2007 Classic models.
- Installation of rear leaf springs requires removal of the fuel tank.
- Requires frame bracket modification.
- 20-inch wheels with 5-inch to 5-3/4-inch backspacing recommended to reduce trimming.
- Traction bars will not fit regular cab short box models.
- Add BDS121651 Auxiliary Differential Support Bracket for AWD models. May also require front driveline modification.
- Will not fit two-mode hybrid models with electronic power steering.
- Stock 20-inch wheels can be re-installed only with factory tire size. Factory 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be re-installed.
