Configured with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite rear shocks and Standard OE knuckles. Upgrades the rear damping to the same FOX 2.5 Performance Elite level as the front coil-overs. Select this option for standard Ram 1500 Rebel models without factory 22-inch wheels (build codes WPM or WPZ not required).

Overview

This 3-inch coil-over suspension lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for the 2019–2024 RAM 1500 Rebel (4WD) and features FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks up front. The kit is engineered to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. It takes advantage of BDS's high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection, while correcting suspension and steering geometry for on-road handling.

Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coil-over shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy-duty skid plates. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and replacement tie rod ends that maintain ESC system compatibility. The kit also includes sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, stainless steel braided brake lines, CV spacers, and all required hardware.

In the rear, the kit uses progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, rear upper control arm relocation brackets to correct pinion angle, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, and sway bar links. Rear shock options vary by variant.

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Coil-Overs

FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks deliver next-level on-road comfort and off-road capability. Tuned and ready to install out of the box, these 2.5-inch diameter shocks include a remote reservoir for additional fluid capacity to keep shocks running cool. The DSC adjuster provides precise tuning with 10 separate low-speed and 12 high-speed compression levels via two adjuster knobs, and a black anodized aluminum reservoir increases cooling efficiency.

High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut crossmembers paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra off-road protection.

Important Notes

• Fits 4WD models only.
• Stock 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled due to steering interference. Stock 20-inch wheels can be reinstalled with factory tire size.
• RAMs with factory 22-inch wheels require the large bore knuckles due to a larger wheel bearing assembly. Reference build code WPM or WPZ.
• Will NOT fit models equipped with adjustable "air ride" suspension.
• Standard Ram 1500 achieves 4 inches of lift with this kit. Rebel and Off-Road Package trucks achieve 3 inches of lift due to being 1 inch taller from the factory.
• Will NOT work on diesel models.
• Will NOT fit 2019–2022 RAM 1500 Classic models. Refer to the 2018 kit listings.
• Will NOT fit models equipped with the Thermal Axle option. Reference build code DSK-P or check diff cover for cooling lines.
• IF USING 18-INCH WHEELS WITH MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED BACKSPACING, TEST FIT WHEELS ON VEHICLE BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES TO ENSURE CLEARANCE.
