This 6-inch 4-Link lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered for the Ram 3500 diesel truck equipped with a factory rear air ride system. The kit is designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a 4-Link control arm conversion, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes high-strength steel lift blocks, add-a-leaf springs, heavy duty air bag spacers, u-bolts, and a matched set of shocks.
The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
A pair of full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs are included to deliver the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
A precision-built transfer case indexing ring featuring ARP studs is included to clock the transfer case and improve the front driveline operating angle, allowing use of the factory front driveshaft. A high-clearance transmission crossmember is also supplied for sufficient clearance.
