BDS 6 Inch 4-Link Lift Kit | Ram 3500 Diesel w/ Rear Air Ride (2019-2024) 4WD | 8-Bolt Indexing Ring | FOX 2.0 Performance Series

Includes the 8-Bolt indexing ring kit, designed for Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the optional Aisin heavy-duty 6-speed transmission, which utilizes a different transfer case mounting bolt pattern. Also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal. Equipped with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

This 6-inch 4-Link lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered for the Ram 3500 diesel truck equipped with a factory rear air ride system. The kit is designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a 4-Link control arm conversion, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes high-strength steel lift blocks, add-a-leaf springs, heavy duty air bag spacers, u-bolts, and a matched set of shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs are included to deliver the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Transfer Case Indexing

A precision-built transfer case indexing ring featuring ARP studs is included to clock the transfer case and improve the front driveline operating angle, allowing use of the factory front driveshaft. A high-clearance transmission crossmember is also supplied for sufficient clearance.
