BDS 6 Inch 4-Link Lift Kit | Ram 3500 Diesel w/ Rear Air Ride (2019-2024) 4WD | 8-Bolt Indexing Ring | NX2 Nitro Series

Includes the 8-Bolt indexing ring kit, designed for Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the optional Aisin heavy-duty 6-speed transmission, which utilizes a different transfer case mounting bolt pattern. Also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal. Equipped with NX2 Nitro Series shocks featuring a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

This 6-inch 4-Link lift kit from BDS Suspension is engineered for the Ram 3500 diesel truck equipped with a factory rear air ride system. The kit is designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, a 4-Link control arm conversion, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and custom-tuned nitrogen charged shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes high-strength steel lift blocks, add-a-leaf springs, heavy duty air bag spacers, u-bolts, and a matched set of shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for improved handling, strength, and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs are included to deliver the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Transfer Case Indexing

A precision-built transfer case indexing ring featuring ARP studs is included to clock the transfer case and improve the front driveline operating angle, allowing use of the factory front driveshaft. A high-clearance transmission crossmember is also supplied for sufficient clearance.
