BDS 4 Inch Lift Kit w/ 4-Link | Ram 2500 w/ Rear Air Ride (2019-2024) 4WD Diesel | NX2 Nitro Series Shocks

Configured with NX2 Nitro Series shocks front and rear. NX2 shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, dual-welded ends for increased strength, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2019–2024 RAM 2500 diesel-powered truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, the kit includes everything necessary to install correctly and provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires.

Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes heavy duty rear air bag spacers, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of rear shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The factory stamped steel radius arms are converted to the BDS 4-Link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel as direct OE replacements, they are engineered with properly sized wire diameter for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle once lifted, paired with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
