This kit is configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks front and rear. FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving to maximize performance, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2019–2024 RAM 2500 gas-powered truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to set your truck up with clearance for up to 35-inch tires.

Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft. In the rear, the kit utilizes heavy-duty rear air bag spacers, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, gas-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel and engineered with properly sized wire diameter, these direct OE replacement coil springs deliver maximum reliability without premature coil bind.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle once lifted, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
