Configured with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks featuring a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, an external reservoir that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, and a DSC (Dual Speed Compression Adjuster) as standard. Fully serviceable and application-specific valved for maximum off-road performance. CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends and long-lasting clear anodized finish.

Overview

BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2019–2026 RAM 2500 gas-powered truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to lift your truck with clearance for up to 35-inch tires.

Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of rear shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets for mounting HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning and limit caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

Full-length, gas-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied front and rear to provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel with properly sized wire diameter, these direct OE replacement coil springs are engineered for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle after lifting, and a heavy duty track bar drop bracket keeps steering components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
