Configured with FOX 2.5 Performance Elite shocks front and rear. These shocks feature a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, a massive 7/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, an external reservoir design that separates shock oil from high-pressure nitrogen, and a DSC (Dual Speed Compression Adjuster) as standard. Fully serviceable for a lifetime of use.

Overview

BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2019–2024 RAM 2500 diesel-powered truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, this kit includes everything necessary to lift your truck and provide clearance for up to 35-inch tires.

Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow use of the factory front driveshaft at this lift height. In the rear, the kit utilizes progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The factory stamped steel radius arms are converted to a BDS 4-Link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that mount HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

Full-length, diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied front and rear to provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel as direct OE replacements, these springs are engineered with properly sized wire diameter for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle once lifted, paired with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering and axle positioning in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
