BDS 4 Inch Lift Kit w/ 4-Link | Ram 3500 Diesel 4WD (2019-2023) | 6-Bolt | NX2 Nitro Series Shocks

Configured with a 6-Bolt indexing ring kit for standard Ram 3500 transfer case mounting and NX2 Nitro Series shocks. The NX2 Nitro Series features a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, dual-welded ends for increased strength, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.

Overview

BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2019–2023 Ram 3500 diesel-powered 4WD truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, the kit includes everything necessary to set the truck up correctly with clearance for up to 37-inch tires.

Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow continued use of the factory front driveshaft. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer U-bolts. Shocks are included front and rear in the selected configuration.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, dual rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle once lifted. A heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps steering and axle geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
