Configured with an 8-Bolt indexing ring kit for Ram 3500 trucks equipped with the optional Aisin heavy-duty 6-speed transmission. This kit also includes an internal shaft seal extension and new shaft seal. Paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a clear anodized finish.
BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2019–2023 Ram 3500 diesel-powered 4WD truck. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, the kit includes everything necessary to set the truck up correctly with clearance for up to 37-inch tires.
Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, heavy-duty replacement radius arms, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation hardware, and brake line brackets. A transfer case indexing ring and new transmission crossmember are supplied to allow continued use of the factory front driveshaft. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block and longer U-bolts. Shocks are included front and rear in the selected configuration.
The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
A pair of full-length, dual rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle once lifted. A heavy-duty track bar drop bracket keeps steering and axle geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
