Configured with NX2 Nitro Series shocks front and rear. NX2 shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.
BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for the 2014–2018 RAM 2500 diesel-powered truck. Designed for trucks equipped with the factory rear air ride option, this kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires.
Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes heavy duty air bag spacers, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of shocks. New air ride leveling sensor brackets are also supplied to re-position the ride height sensors, allowing the system to perform at factory ride height and maintain full air bag range of motion.
The factory stamped steel radius arms are converted to the BDS 4-Link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
A pair of full-length, diesel-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel with a properly sized wire diameter, these direct OE replacement coil springs are engineered for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle once the vehicle is lifted. A heavy duty track bar drop bracket keeps the steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
For OE Air Ride systems only.
