Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks front and rear. FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving for maximum performance, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.
BDS Suspension engineered this 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion for 2014–2018 RAM 2500 gas-powered trucks equipped with the factory rear air ride option. Designed to improve stance, performance, and capability, the kit includes everything necessary to set the truck up with clearance for up to 35-inch tires.
Up front, the kit includes gas-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-Link control arms with conversion mounts, a forged drop pitman arm, track bar bracket for steering correction, bump stops, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes heavy duty air bag spacers, a track bar relocation bracket to correct axle positioning, bump stop extensions, sway bar links, and a matching set of shocks. New air ride leveling sensor brackets are also supplied to re-position the ride height sensors, allowing the system to perform at factory ride height and maintain full air bag range of motion.
The factory stamped steel radius arms are converted to the BDS 4-Link to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets that allow mounting of HD upper and lower control arms to correct axle positioning while limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.
A pair of full-length, gas-specific, progressive rate Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains. Manufactured from high tensile steel as direct OE replacement coil springs, they are engineered with properly sized wire diameter for maximum reliability without premature coil bind.
A forged drop pitman arm minimizes the steering angle, paired with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
