Overview

This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for 2017–2019 Ford F350 Dually (DRW) Super Duty diesel-powered trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, and brake line brackets. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, and brake line brackets. Precision tuned shocks are included front and rear, with options available in NX2 Nitro Series, FOX 2.0 Performance Series, or FOX 2.5 Performance Elite.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link conversion replaces the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimize suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

A pair of full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs provide the correct lift height and a smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle once lifted, paired with a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering geometry in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.
