FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a clear anodized finish for long-lasting durability.

Overview

This 4-inch lift kit with 4-Link conversion from BDS Suspension is designed for dual rear wheel Ford F350 Super Duty diesel-powered trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability, and includes everything necessary to accommodate up to 37-inch tires. Up front, the kit features diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs, 4-link control arms with conversion brackets, a forged drop pitman arm, a track bar bracket for steering correction, sway bar relocation, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength fabricated lift block, longer U-bolts, and brake line brackets, along with a matched set of shocks.

4-Link Conversion

The BDS 4-Link converts the factory stamped steel radius arms to optimized suspension geometry for better handling characteristics while adding strength and stability. This bolt-on upgrade uses high-strength 1/4-inch steel brackets to mount HD upper and lower control arms, correcting axle positioning and limiting caster change throughout wheel travel.

Pro-Ride Coil Springs

Full-length, diesel-specific Pro-Ride coil springs are supplied to deliver the correct lift height and smooth, predictable ride across various terrains.

Steering Correction

A forged drop pitman arm minimizes steering angle and pairs with a heavy duty track bar drop bracket to keep steering components in phase through suspension travel while recentering the front axle.

Important Notes

• Removal of the factory leaf spring block is required. Net rear lift will vary depending on the height of the factory block but will result in a level stance.
• If equipped with a 2-piece rear driveshaft, a Carrier Bearing Drop Kit may be required (BDS123402).
• A torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs is required.
• 37 x 12.50 tires may require minor trimming.
