BDS 4 Inch Lift Kit | FOX 2.0 IFP Strut | 2015-2020 Ford F150 4WD

Overview

This BDS Suspension 4-inch lift kit with FOX 2.0 Performance Series struts is designed for 2015–2020 Ford F150 4WD trucks. The kit provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires and takes advantage of BDS's high-clearance design to improve ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for on-road handling. Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.0 coil-over struts, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. Sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all required hardware are included. The rear uses high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts to lift and level the stance.

FOX 2.0 Struts

The FOX 2.0 Performance Series coil-over struts are designed as a direct bolt-in replacement for the factory strut assemblies while retaining the OE coil spring and top plate. They feature a 2.0-inch extruded and machined 6061-T6 aluminum body for improved heat dispersion, an internal floating piston (IFP) to eliminate oil aeration, FOX proprietary internals, and a 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy shaft.

High Clearance Crossmembers

BDS maximizes ground clearance with heavy-duty 1/4-inch thick laser-cut crossmembers. These are paired with a front skid plate system that bolts together to create a rigid subframe while adding extra off-road protection.

Heavy Duty Steering Knuckles

Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height using high-strength CNC-machined ductile cast iron steering knuckles, designed to work with replacement tie rod ends to maintain steering angles for proper function and ESC compatibility.

Important Notes

• 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5 inches of total backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting tires to ensure proper clearance to BDS steering knuckle.
• 18-inch or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
• E-brake bracket required for factory power steps (part #123018).
• Block kits replace factory 1-1/4-inch block.
• Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406.
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
