Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series rear shocks. The FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, and a large 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft with race-developed high-flow piston design and application-specific valving.

Overview

These 4-inch coil-over suspension lift kits are engineered for the 2015–2020 Ford F150 4WD and provide clearance for up to 35-inch tires. The kit takes advantage of BDS's high-clearance design for improved ground clearance, strength, and off-road protection while correcting suspension and steering geometry for on-road handling. Up front, the kit utilizes FOX 2.5 remote reservoir coil-over shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate designed for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new taller ride height with a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles, sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, and alignment cam bolts. In the rear, high-strength fabricated lift blocks and longer U-bolts lift and level the stance, paired with FOX rear shocks.

Important Notes

• Requires frame bracket modification.
• 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5 inches total backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to BDS steering knuckle.
• 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
• The 4-inch blocks will net a level/tail LOW stance. The 5-inch blocks will net a level/tail HIGH stance.
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
