Configured with a 4 Inch Rear Block Kit, this option produces a tail-low-to-level stance at the finished ride height.

Overview

This 6-inch suspension lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for the 2014 Ford F150 4WD. The kit provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires and addresses suspension and steering geometry at the new ride height. Up front, the kit uses high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, FOX 2.0 Performance Series struts, multi-piece differential relocation brackets, and a skid plate. Steering geometry is corrected with a pair of CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. The kit also includes sway bar relocation brackets, brake line brackets, alignment cam bolts, and all necessary hardware. In the rear, high-strength cast steel lift blocks and longer u-bolts level the stance, paired with FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks.

Important Notes

• Requires frame bracket modification and welding.
• 18" wheels with 5–5.5" total backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to BDS steering knuckle.
• 18" or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17" & 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to 305/60-20 tires.
• E-brake bracket required for factory power steps (part #123018).
• Block kits replace factory 1-1/4" block.
• Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft may require carrier bearing drop shim kit #122406.
• Will not fit HD models (7 lug).
• This kit is FMVSS No. 126 compliant.
