Overview

Upgrade the stock OE upper control arms on your 2021-2025 Ford Bronco with BDS performance upper control arms, designed specifically for leveled and lifted applications. Built from high-strength 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall steel tubing with an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning, these UCAs are compatible with BDS lift kits as well as other lift and leveling kits. Frame-mounted ends feature durometer-specific vulcanized rubber bushings pre-installed for smooth, quiet, and reliable operation, bolting directly into the factory mounts. The outer mount uses custom-spec ball joints for maximum travel and all-around performance. These arms restore 1.5 degrees of caster to bring camber back within alignment spec — suitable for 2–4" of lift on base suspension Broncos and 1–3" of lift on Badlands/Sasquatch-equipped Broncos.

Important Notes

• Compatible with Badlands/Sasquatch-equipped Broncos at 1–3" of lift; compatible with non-Sasquatch models at 2–4" of lift.
• Does NOT fit Bronco Sport models.
• Do NOT strike the aluminum knuckle with a hammer to separate the ball joint. Use an appropriate ball joint separation tool (OTC 204-592).
• Will not work with models that have a height sensor attached to the UCA.
• BDS UCAs will NOT work with OE Black Body struts unless combined with a strut spacer with a minimum height of 5/8".
