Overview

Prevent front driveline issues on a lifted 2009–2013 Ram 2500 or 2009–2012 Ram 3500 4WD truck with the BDS Transfer Case Indexing Ring Kit. At 6 inches of lift and above, indexing the transfer case is necessary to allow the front driveline to reconnect properly and eliminate vibrations. Designed for 6-bolt flange transmissions, this kit features optimal spline engagement and is dual-drilled to allow positioning for compatibility with a range of lift heights. The kit also includes a billet aluminum driveshaft spacer and all required hardware.

Important Notes

• 2003–2012 Ram 2500 Gas models will require modification to the front exhaust crossover pipe on the driver side for proper clearance.
• DO NOT USE THE FILL PORT FOR FLUID LEVEL ON AN INDEXED TRANSFER CASE. THE FILL PORT WILL BE LOWER THAN OE FILL LEVEL HEIGHT.
• If any maintenance requiring a fluid change or refill has been or is being performed, before reinstalling the transfer case check fluid levels on a bench and fill the transfer case with the manufacturer-recommended volume of fluid.
