Configured with FOX 2.5 Performance Series HTO shocks in the rear. These shocks feature a 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, a 2.5-inch impact extruded aluminum body, and Hydraulic Top Out (HTO) technology for usable position-sensitive rebound damping control on and off the pavement. Fully serviceable with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.

Overview

The BDS 4-inch 4-Link Lift Kit is engineered for the 2023–2026 Ford F-450 Super Duty 4WD (diesel models only), delivering improved strength, stability, and ride quality whether towing, hauling, or running off-road. This system replaces the factory radius arms with a heavy-duty 4-link setup that improves axle control, reduces binding, and provides smoother suspension movement throughout the full range of travel. The 4-link design delivers more consistent caster angles, enhanced articulation, and improved tracking under acceleration and braking — characteristics especially beneficial on larger Super Duty platforms like the F-450. Front FOX 2.5 Performance Elite coilovers are included for exceptional responsiveness, control, and damping consistency. Steering geometry is corrected with a forged drop pitman arm and a heavy-duty track bar drop bracket to keep components in phase through suspension travel and recenter the front axle.

Important Notes

• Fits diesel models only.
• These kits are designed for the F-450 style front end. They do not work with the standard Ford Super Duty F-250/350 axle width.
• Vehicles with radius arm mounted ride height sensors will require BDS123303.
• Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to brake line clearance required. Use recommended specifications listed in the tire and wheel fitment section.
• Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 405 ft-lbs.
• Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of vehicle features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation.
