Configured with a 4 Inch Cast Steel Block Kit with Add-A-Leaf in the rear and FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. The Add-A-Leaf provides an additional 1 inch of lift, includes new center pins, eliminates any need for a lift block, reduces axle wrap, and creates a more controlled and stable feel. FOX 2.0 shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.
This 4-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed to update the stance, performance, and capability of 1973–1976 Chevy and GMC 1/2 ton trucks and SUVs, including the K5 Blazer, K10, and K15. The kit includes everything necessary to complete the installation and provides clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit includes Glide-Ride leaf springs, a 4-inch steering arm for steering correction, brake line brackets, and precision-tuned shocks. In the rear, the kit utilizes a high-strength lift block, longer U-bolts, and a matching set of shocks.

The 1/2 ton commonly came with a factory 52-inch eye-to-eye rear leaf spring. However, some were produced with a 56-inch rear spring. If ordering rear leaf springs, be sure to measure your factory rear spring before ordering. If equipped with a factory front sway bar, a sway bar drop kit is available in the accessories section. #001408 comes with OE style rubber bushings installed.
