Overview

Upgrade your 2021–2025 Ford Bronco Badlands (without Sasquatch) with this 3.5-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension. Engineered to improve stance, off-road performance, and capability, the kit includes everything needed to achieve proper lift height with clearance for up to 35-inch tires. A two-piece strut spacer design prevents overextension of the suspension and driveline angles at full droop — a small pre-load spacer combined with a top spacer works together to correctly achieve ride height without maxing out ball joints or causing CV damage. Heavy-duty tie rod reinforcement sleeves are also included to protect the factory steering under demanding trail conditions.

The kit's HD Upper Control Arms are built for strength and increased travel using 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall tubular construction. An indexed ball joint cup corrects ball joint positioning for additional down travel and camber adjustment. Durometer-specific rubber bushings at the frame mounting ends provide maintenance-free operation, while FK uniball joints at the knuckle end deliver maximum travel. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap and are ready to install straight from the box.

Important Notes

• Will not work with models with a height sensor attached to the UCA.
• A BASE model is considered a Bronco with struts that are BLACK from the factory. Base, Big Bend, Black Diamond, and Outer Banks all come standard with BLACK struts.
• A BADLANDS model is considered a Bronco with struts that are Yellow from the factory with the reservoir pointing upwards. A Badlands is its own specific model with its own specific suspension package.
• A SASQUATCH model is considered a Bronco with struts that are Yellow from the factory with the reservoir pointing downwards. Any model can be optioned to a Sasquatch package. Sasquatch is STANDARD on Wildtrack, Everglades, and First Edition.
• A Badlands WITH Sasquatch is a SASQUATCH suspension package.
• Net lift height will vary based on OE shock package (4 inches on base shocks, 3.5 inches on Badlands models, and 3 inches on Sasquatch package).
• 023300 and 023301 can be used ONLY with Sasquatch Suspension Package vehicles.
• This kit is designed to lift the front of the vehicle 3 inches and the rear 2 inches.
• Although 37x12.50-inch tires will fit at ride height, they may contact the front body mount and possibly the rear inner fender through wheel travel and steering lock to lock. If running this tire size and using full suspension travel, these areas must be addressed.
• Tie rod end sleeve is designed for use on stock inner tie rod ends only. Will not work with larger aftermarket inner tie rod ends.
• The tie rod end sleeve covers the threads/adjuster section of the inner tie rod to strengthen a potential weak point. As a result, inner tie rod adjustment becomes non-standard for a typical alignment shop. To adjust, remove the clamp on the inner boot, push the boot toward the steering rack, then turn the inner tie rod to adjust toe.
• Not compatible with HOSS 3.0 or Raptor models.
• Does not fit Bronco Sport models.
