This rear leaf spring features a multi-leaf progressive design engineered to deliver everyday ride quality while preserving full payload capacity. The primary three leafs operate under no additional load for a smooth unloaded ride. As moderate loads are applied, the secondary leafs engage. Under full load, the bottom overload leaf engages for maximum hauling capacity — allowing the truck to maintain ride quality unloaded without sacrificing payload.
