Introducing the NEW ReadyLIFT 4.0" SST Lift Kit for 2015-2020 1500-series GM 6-lug 4WD SUV/SUTs with factory Aluminum suspension. This innovative system features ultra-strong TCT free-floating pivot bushings for self-lubrication and friction elimination. Developed over six months with rigorous on and off-road testing, the goal was to offer a true 4.0" lift kit that's completely bolt-on, requiring no drilling, cutting, or welding. It increases ground clearance and accommodates up to 33" tires on aftermarket wheels (commonly 33x12.50). Minimal inner fenderwell trimming may be needed for 33x12.50 with aftermarket wheels. Compatible with 22x9.5 (5.5" backspacing) and 17x9 (+0 offset) on 285/70R17 (no rubbing, minor trimming for 295/70r17). Designed for aftermarket wheels, not AWD vehicles. The ReadyLIFT 4.0" SST Lift Kit raises 2015-2020 Chevy Suburban, Chevy Tahoe, and GMC Yukon 1500 4WD SUVs 4.0" in front with durable powder-coated steel strut extensions, preserving factory integrity without irreversible modifications. It includes a 100% DOM tubular upper control arm with OEM-style ball joints and TCT polyurethane bushings. Patent-pending CNC-machined 6061-T6 billet Aluminum differential drop brackets maintain front axle and CV angles, reducing installation time and ensuring no driveline problems. A powder-coated plate steel skid plate provides differential protection. For the rear, 3.0" powder-coated steel coil spring spacers maintain the factory ride, with longer rear sway bar end links, bump stop extensions, and steel rear shock extensions. The kit is backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty and ReadyGuard PowerTrain Warranty. Note: Designed for use with aftermarket wheels. If using stock wheels and tires, a wheel spacer is required to prevent contact with the control arm at full locked turn. Installation may cause rear axle shift, requiring an adjustable rear track bar or drop bracket. Not compatible with rear airbag suspension.
