Overview

This Zone Offroad 4-inch radius arm drop lift kit is designed specifically for gasoline-powered Ram 3500 trucks (2025–2026) with 4WD. The system improves ride quality, handling, and off-road capability while maintaining on-road comfort, and provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, progressive rate coil springs are engineered to support the weight of the gasoline Hemi engine while providing a smooth, controlled ride. Zone Offroad radius arm drop brackets relocate the OEM radius arm so the lifted truck operates at OEM geometry. A track bar relocation bracket re-centers the axle, ensuring optimal steering precision and alignment after installation or future adjustments. The kit also includes sway bar links and brake line brackets. In the rear, lift is achieved using a high-strength fabricated lift block combined with longer U-bolts for a secure, reliable installation. Rear shock options and rear block height options allow you to tailor the system to your truck's load and driving needs.

Rear Lift Option

Depending on how your truck is loaded — toolbox, bed cover, camper shell — you may want a different rear lift height to achieve the right stance. Zone Offroad offers both 2-inch and 3-inch rear lift block options. Additionally, some trucks are equipped with a factory overload leaf spring and others are not. Inspect the rear suspension and take a measurement of how your truck sits at stock ride height before selecting the rear configuration that is right for you.
