Overview

This Zone Offroad 4-inch Radius Arm Lift Kit is designed specifically for gasoline-powered Ram 3500 trucks. The system improves ride quality, handling, and off-road capability while maintaining on-road comfort. With clearance for up to 37-inch tires, the kit delivers an aggressive stance without sacrificing everyday drivability.

Up front, progressive rate coil springs are engineered for the weight of the gasoline Hemi engine. Zone Offroad replacement radius arms correct caster geometry after the lift and improve long-term durability. A track bar relocation bracket re-centers the axle for optimal steering precision and alignment. The kit also includes sway bar links and brake line brackets. In the rear, lift is achieved using a high-strength fabricated lift block combined with longer U-bolts. Rear shock options are included to maintain balanced ride quality from front to rear.

A choice of rear block height (2-inch or 3-inch) and overload/non-overload configurations allows the kit to be matched to your truck's specific setup and load requirements. Shock options are available to further customize ride quality and performance.

Choosing Your Rear Lift Option

Depending on how your truck is loaded — with a tool box, bed cover, camper shell, or other added weight — you may want a different rear lift height to achieve the right stance. Zone Offroad offers both 2-inch and 3-inch rear lift block options. Additionally, some trucks are equipped with a factory overload leaf spring and others are not. Inspect your rear suspension and take measurements of your stock ride height before selecting the rear configuration that suits your truck.
