This configuration uses a loaded strut replacement up front (3.5" lift) and Nitro Series rear shocks with a block lift for 1" of rear lift. The Nitro Series shocks feature an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a large 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.
Engineered to take advantage of the Toyota Tundra's factory suspension design, this 3.5" lift kit delivers smooth on-road ride quality while increasing wheel travel for off-road use. At the core of the system is a pair of Adventure Series upper control arms featuring a repositioned ball joint mount for improved suspension travel, eliminating ball joint binding and premature wear. The arms are constructed from 1/8" steel with CNC-machined ball joint and bushing cups. MOOG ball joints come pre-installed for off-road durability. Factory-style rubber bushings are used at the frame mount for quiet, low-maintenance operation.
Top-mounted steel strut spacers provide front lift while retaining factory ride quality and simplifying installation by eliminating strut disassembly. Factory bump stops and the sway bar are relocated. Differential drop spacers with longer hardware maintain CV axle angles while retaining the factory front driveline. In the rear, replacement shackles provide 1" of lift to level the vehicle's stance.
