This variant uses a front strut spacer for 3.5" of front lift paired with Nitro Series rear shocks and a 2" cast lift block for 2" of rear lift. The Nitro Series shocks feature an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a large 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting silver coated finish.
Overview
The Zone Offroad 3.5" Adventure Series lift kit goes beyond a standard leveling kit by incorporating Adventure Series upper control arms (UCAs) for improved off-road performance and increased suspension travel, with clearance for up to 35" tires. Front lift is achieved through a 2-piece combination top-mount and preload strut spacer design that delivers a full 3.5" of lift without overextending the suspension at full droop. Optional weld-in steering stops are included to support up to 35" tire fitment. The rear is lifted and leveled with a cast 2" lift block.

Important Notes
- Works on Gas and Diesel models.
- All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the brake caliper.
- Do not exceed wheel backspacing of 5.5" as it will cause clearance issues with the UCA.
- Minor cutting of the factory droop limiter is required to allow for the increased travel of replacement Upper Control Arms.
- Some wheel profiles will not clear the brake caliper. These can be test fitted before the vehicle is lifted in a stock condition.
- Will NOT fit Denali and High Country models with Adaptive Ride Control (ARC).
- Will NOT fit Trail Boss / AT4 models.
- This kit has not been test fitted on Silverado ZR2 or Sierra AT4X models at this time.
- Will NOT fit models with a single leaf spring (mono-leaf) rear suspension.
- This system has not been tested on models equipped with Super Cruise.
