Overview
The Zone Offroad 4-inch Lift Kit for the 2014 Ford F-150 4WD delivers added clearance and the ability to run up to 35-inch tires while maintaining solid on-road handling. The kit is built around precision-engineered, USA-made ductile iron steering knuckles that properly correct suspension geometry at the taller ride height. Heavy-duty crossmembers, a differential drop, sway bar drop brackets, a skid plate, rear lift blocks, and new U-bolts round out the system for a complete, properly engineered suspension upgrade.
Multiple front-end configurations are available. The strut spacer options retain the factory front struts while achieving full lift height and can be paired with either Zone Nitro or FOX 2.0 Adventure Series rear shocks. The loaded strut option arrives fully assembled and ready to install, paired with Zone Nitro rear shocks for balanced performance across all four corners.
Features
- High-strength crossmembers to correct lower control arm positioning

Important Notes
- AWD models will require front driveshaft modification.
- If using 18x9 wheels with 5.5" backspace, fit the wheels before mounting to check for proper tie rod clearance. Wheel manufacturing variances may affect this clearance.
- Two-piece rear driveshaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid/eliminate driveshaft vibration.
- Vehicles equipped with factory power steps will require E-Brake Relocation Bracket F5608.
- Will not work with 17" wheels.
