Overview

The Zone Offroad 6-inch Lift Kit for the 2014 Ford F-150 4WD provides the clearance needed to run up to 37-inch tires while maintaining solid on-road handling. The lift is built around precision-engineered steering knuckles that properly correct suspension geometry at the taller ride height. The system also includes heavy-duty crossmembers, a differential drop, sway bar drop brackets, a skid plate, rear lift blocks, and new U-bolts for a complete suspension upgrade. This kit is proudly Made in the USA.

Up front, the kit is available with OE strut spacers that retain the factory front struts, or with Zone Nitro loaded struts that arrive fully assembled for a complete front suspension replacement. In the rear, a choice of 4-inch or 5-inch rear blocks allows you to dial in your preferred stance — level to slightly tail-high with the 5-inch block, or level to slightly tail-low with the 4-inch block. Rear shock options include Zone Nitro or FOX 2.0 Adventure Series.

Important Notes

This kit is offered with either a 4-inch or 5-inch rear lift block kit and in either case it will replace the factory rear blocks. The 5-inch block will net a level to slightly tail-high stance; the 4-inch block will net a level to slightly tail-low stance. Choose rear lift height based on your ride height preference.

Power steps: If your vehicle is equipped with factory power steps, it will require an E-Brake Relocation Bracket. Add in configuration / checkout.

Two-piece rear drive shaft: Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift drive-line angles and avoid / eliminate driveshaft vibration.
