This configuration pairs a front strut spacer with crossmember (4" front lift) with FOX 2.0 Adventure Series rear shocks (3" rear lift via block) for a total lift range of 4–5.5". FOX 2.0 Adventure Series shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, self-lubricating seals, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, a large 5/8" hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a black powder coat finish.

Overview

This 4" lift kit from Zone Offroad is designed for the 2025–2026 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss and GMC Sierra AT4 1500 4WD. The kit includes high-strength crossmembers, steering knuckles, differential relocation brackets to help maintain proper driveline angles, and Adventure Series upper control arms to improve strength and suspension geometry while providing clearance for up to 35" tires. Multiple front and rear shock configurations are available to match different ride quality and performance preferences.

• All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the brake caliper.
• Requires frame bracket modification.
• Will NOT work with ZR2 and AT4X models.
• Fits Gas and Diesel Models.
• Will not fit Adaptive Ride Control (ARC) equipped models.
• This system has not been tested on models equipped with Super Cruise.
• Optional front skid plate will not work with 2.7L Turbo or Diesel Engines.
