Configured with FOX 2.0 Adventure Series shocks for enhanced off-road control and performance.
Overview
Zone Offroad's Reinforced Radius Arm Bracket Kits are designed to restore proper suspension geometry and improve ride quality on 2023–2026 Ford F-250 and F-350 Super Duty trucks (single rear wheel models). These heavy-duty drop brackets correct axle rotation to return caster to factory specifications, improving steering stability, handling, and tracking on lifted vehicles. By lowering the radius arm mounting points, the system helps eliminate coil bowing and ensures the coil springs are seated correctly. Available with a choice of Zone Nitro twin-tube shocks or FOX 2.0 Adventure Series shocks.

Important Notes
- Installation requires a torque wrench capable of 406 ft-lbs.
- Front exhaust modification may be required to clear front drive shaft.
- Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid/eliminate driveshaft vibration.
- Some 2023 F-250/F-350 Super Duty trucks from Ford have left rear axle shafts manufactured without proper completion. Refer to Ford Safety Recall 23S49 for details and affected build range.
- Fits SRW models only.
- Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- Larger tires on stock wheels are not recommended due to interference with brake line, radius arm, and sway bar. Use recommended specs listed in wheel and tire fitment section.
- 2023+ F-250/F-350 Super Duty trucks equipped with Load Scales/Ride Height Sensors will require ZONF5502 to properly remount the sensor linkages.
- 2024+ Ford Super Duty Only: This kit includes ball joint cams to achieve optimum performance both on and off-road. For vehicles equipped with a non-selectable passenger side hub-lock on the front axle along with these ball joint cams, it is required to replace the non-selectable with a selectable hub-lock. Part number (PC3Z-3B396-A) is needed to prevent a grinding noise from the front axle for these applications. If your vehicle is not factory equipped with them, you may also need vacuum lines (3C125-A and/or 3C124). Reference Section 307-07A of the Workshop Manual or Bulletin SSM 52423 for more information.
- 2023+ Models: Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, light detection and ranging (LiDAR), and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control systems, and other functions as they did prior to installation. Similar to a wheel alignment, all charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
