Overview
The Zone Offroad 4-inch radius arm lift system is engineered for optimal strength, ground clearance, and stance correction on the 2020–2021 Ford F350 Super Duty DRW 4WD Gas. This complete kit lifts and levels the truck with clearance for up to 37-inch tires. Up front, a pair of full-length coil springs work in conjunction with heavy-duty fabricated radius arms — built from 1/4-inch high-strength steel, boxed and fully welded — to reposition the front axle and correct caster alignment. A forged drop pitman arm and a 1/4-inch steel fabricated track bar drop bracket recenter the front axle and keep steering linkage angles in phase for predictable handling. Additional front components include sway bar relocation brackets, brake line drop brackets, bump stop extensions, and a single steering stabilizer kit. In the rear, factory overload leaf springs are retained, and lift is achieved via replacement lift blocks and longer U-bolts sized specifically for DRW models, along with a rear brake line bracket and rear gas shocks.

- Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift driveline angles and avoid / eliminate driveshaft vibration.
- When adding the Dual Stabilizer option you will get the dual opposing steering stabilizer in addition to the single OE Replacement.
- Due to taller factory ride height, Tremor models will not net full advertised lift height. Final ride height will be the same as standard models.
- 37x12.50 tires may require minor trimming.
