This configuration includes a 4 Inch Rear Block Kit for a tail-high to level stance and FOX Adventure Series rear shocks. FOX Adventure Series shocks feature a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, self-lubricating seals, and a black powder coat finish with a 2-inch diameter steel body. Front lift is achieved via a cross member and strut spacer. Total lift height: 6–7.5".

Overview

This 6-inch lift kit from Zone Offroad is engineered for 2021–2026 Ford F150 2WD trucks. The kit includes high-strength crossmembers, redesigned steering knuckles, strut spacers, and a rear block kit to raise the vehicle and level its stance. The suspension geometry corrections are designed to maintain ride quality, handling performance, and drivetrain alignment. The kit provides clearance for 35–37-inch tires and is compatible with Ford's Blue Cruise system through Factory Protection Plus.

Important Notes

• Does not fit diesel models.
• Does not fit Tremor models.
• Requires frame bracket modification.
• Some trucks with a 2-piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear drive shaft (Safety Recall 21S25). Zone Offroad recommends having this recall procedure performed prior to installing the lift.
• Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit D5406 (not included with kit).
• Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4" block. The stock block will not be reinstalled.
• Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice.
• It is the end user's responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
• Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, LiDAR, and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center to ensure proper functionality of lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other systems. All charges and expenses from dealership calibrations are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
• 18" or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled.
• Stock 20" wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
• 18" wheels with 5–5.5" backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod.
• 18–20" wheels with 5.5–5.75" of backspacing is highly recommended for tire-to-frame crash bar clearance.
• 37" tires will require crash bar modification.
