Overview
The Zone Offroad 6-Inch Lift Kit for the 2021–2026 Ford F-150 4WD delivers increased ground clearance and an aggressive stance while maintaining solid on-road handling. The system is built around precision-engineered steering knuckles that correct suspension geometry at the taller ride height. Additional components include heavy-duty crossmembers, a differential drop, sway bar drop brackets, a skid plate, rear lift blocks, and new U-bolts for a complete, properly engineered suspension upgrade. This kit is Made in the USA.
Front configuration options allow you to retain the factory struts via OE strut spacers or upgrade to Zone Nitro loaded struts that arrive fully assembled and ready to install. Rear shock options include Zone Nitro Series or FOX 2.0 Adventure Series. A choice of 4-inch or 5-inch rear lift block allows you to fine-tune the stance of the truck.

Important Notes
- Some trucks with a 2-piece drive shaft may have a recall from Ford regarding the rear drive shaft (Safety Recall 21S25). Zone Offroad recommends having this performed prior to installing the lift.
- 18-inch or larger diameter wheels required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled.
- Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
- 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5-inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod.
- 18–20-inch wheels with 5.5–5.75 inches of backspacing is highly recommended for tire-to-frame crash bar clearance.
- 37-inch tires will require crash bar modification.
- Models with a 2-piece rear driveshaft WILL require carrier bearing shim kit D5405 (not included with kit).
- Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4-inch block. The stock block will not be reinstalled.
- Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
- Loaded Struts are recommended to use the 5-inch tall block for a level stance; the 4-inch block will result in a tail-low stance.
- Will not work with trucks equipped with CCD (Continuous Controlled Damping).
- Does not fit diesel models.
- Will not fit Tremor models.
- Requires frame bracket modification.
- Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, LiDAR, and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This will ensure proper functionality of features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other functions as they operated prior to installation. All charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
