Knuckle Type: Large Bore — required for RAM 1500 models equipped with factory 22" wheels due to the larger wheel bearing assembly (build codes WPM or WPZ).

Front Shock/Rear Shock: Strut Spacer (6" front lift via top-mount strut and pre-load spacers) paired with Nitro Series rear shocks featuring nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends, self-lubricating seals, black powder coat finish, and a 2-inch diameter steel body. Rear lift via 5" coil springs.

Overview

This 6-inch lift kit from Zone Offroad is designed for the 2019–2024 RAM 1500 4WD. The kit includes everything needed to achieve the lift, from high-strength crossmembers and CNC machined steering knuckles to strut spacers and differential relocation brackets, all working together to maintain correct driveline angles. Clearance is provided for up to 37-inch tires.

Important Notes

• Will NOT fit 2019–2021 RAM 1500 Classic models. Refer to the 2018 kit listings.
• Will NOT fit models equipped with the Thermal Axle option. Reference build code DSK-P or check diff cover for cooling lines.
• Vehicles equipped with the Off-Road Group option require special steps similar to the RAM 1500 Rebel. To determine if your truck has this option, contact your local RAM dealer with your VIN and request your window sticker. Look for "Off-Road Group" under the "Optional Equipment" section.
• RAM 1500s with factory 22" wheels require the Large Bore knuckles due to the larger wheel bearing assembly. Reference build codes WPM or WPZ.
• Stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled with factory tire size.
• This kit will NOT work on Diesel models.
• Does NOT work for models with factory rear airbag suspension.
• If installing the 6" kit on a Rebel or a truck equipped with an Off-Road Group package: with the preload spacer installed the truck will sit approximately 1/2" front high; without the preload spacer the truck will sit approximately 3/8" nose low.
• IF USING 18-INCH WHEELS WITH MAXIMUM RECOMMENDED BACKSPACING, TEST FIT WHEELS ON VEHICLE BEFORE MOUNTING TIRES TO ENSURE CLEARANCE.
