Overview

Engineered for 2021–2026 Ford F-150 trucks equipped with CCD (Continuously Controlled Damping) suspension, this 6-inch lift kit from Zone Offroad delivers increased ground clearance and off-road capability while maintaining ride quality and handling performance. The kit includes everything required for a proper lift: high-strength crossmembers, redesigned steering knuckles, strut spacers, and a rear block kit to level the stance. Dedicated sensor and shock relocation brackets retain full function of the factory CCD suspension system. The kit provides clearance for 35–37-inch tires.

Important Notes

• Will not work with aftermarket Upper Control Arm kits.
• 18-inch or larger diameter wheels are required. Stock 17-inch and 18-inch wheels cannot be reinstalled. Stock 20-inch wheels can be used with up to a 305/60R20 tire.
• 18-inch wheels with 5–5.5-inch backspacing should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure proper clearance to the steering knuckle/tie rod. 5.5-inch backspacing is highly recommended for tire-to-frame crash bar clearance.
• Block kits replace the factory 1-1/4-inch block. Stock block will not be reinstalled.
• Crash bars may require modification based on wheel and tire choice. It is the end user's responsibility to ensure modifications are non-detrimental to vehicle safety.
• Some trucks with a two-piece drive shaft may have a Ford recall regarding the rear driveshaft (Safety Recall 21S25). Zone Offroad recommends having this recall performed prior to installing the lift.
• Does NOT fit diesel models.
• Will not work with Tremor models.
• Recalibration of your vehicle's Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) cameras, radars, LiDAR, and other sensors may be necessary by your local dealership or ADAS service center. This ensures proper functionality of features such as lane keeping, lane departure, parking assistance, blind-spot detection, adaptive cruise control, and other systems. All charges and expenses that may occur from dealership calibrations and adjustments are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
