Overview

Raise your Chevy 1500 ZR2 or GMC 1500 AT4X 4" over stock with this purpose-built suspension lift kit from Zone Offroad. Designed exclusively for ZR2 and AT4X trucks equipped with the factory Multimatic shock system, this kit achieves a ride height equivalent to a 6" lift on a standard truck. It includes everything needed to correctly reposition suspension geometry — from high-strength crossmembers and ductile iron steering knuckles to strut spacers, upper control arms, and differential brackets — while maintaining factory driveline angles and ESC system compatibility. A unique knuckle design delivers a tighter turning radius and a wider range of wheel fitment options compared to competing systems. Accommodates up to 35" tires.

Important Notes

• Requires frame bracket modification
• Designed to fit ZR2 or AT4X trucks only equipped with Multimatic shocks
• Factory 17" and 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod interference; stock 20" wheels can be reinstalled
• All aftermarket wheels should be test fit prior to mounting the tire to ensure clearance to the brake caliper
• Some wheel profiles will not clear the brake caliper — this can be test fit before the vehicle is lifted while still in stock condition
• Front skid plate will not work with 2.7L Turbo Engines
• Will NOT fit models with a single leaf spring (mono-leaf) rear suspension
