This 6 inch lift kit is designed for the 2008 Dodge/Ram 2500/3500 4WD Gas truck. It provides the lift needed to clear 37 inch tires while delivering the look and performance you want from your truck. Select the rear axle option that matches your vehicle's rear axle diameter to ensure proper fitment.
If your truck has had the steering gear box changed and the sector shaft diameter measures approximately 1-1/2"–1-5/8", you will need part ZOND8404 in addition to your kit. This truck was produced using rear axles of differing diameters; measure the diameter of your rear axle to ensure proper kit selection. Although rare, if you experience front drive-line vibration, install the optional transfer case indexing ring. Factory wheels fit when paired with factory/original equipment tire size.
Fitment: This kit is not designed for dually models, but may be easily adapted to accommodate your truck. Please contact customer support for assistance. Gas models may require modification to the front exhaust crossover pipe on the driver side when using the transfer case indexing ring. Two-piece rear drive shaft? Add a carrier bearing drop kit to reduce post-lift drive-line angles and avoid or eliminate driveshaft vibration. Adding larger-than-stock wheels? Add front bumper spacers to your kit for additional clearance, as some wheel/tire combinations may not fully clear the bumper's stock location.
