Configured with FOX 2.0 Adventure Series IFP gas shocks and standard rear lift blocks and u-bolts. Intended for single rear wheel (SRW) applications without a factory overload rear suspension package.

Overview

The 3" Adventure Series Lift Kit from Zone Offroad is engineered for bolt-on fitment and improved suspension travel on the late-model GM 2500HD. Bridging the gap between an entry-level leveling kit and a full IFS lift system, this kit delivers next-level performance without the cost or complexity of a full system installation. At the core are heavy duty replacement upper control arms (UCAs) built from high-strength steel — boxed, fully welded, and featuring CNC-machined bushing and ball joint cups repositioned to operate at the neutral position at 3" of lift. OE durometer rubber bushings and greaseable OE-style heavy duty ball joints provide quiet, reliable operation and superior corrosion resistance compared to uniball-style designs. Reindexed cast steel torsion bar keys lift the front, while a small differential relocation kit (4WD models) corrects CV axle operating angles without sacrificing ground clearance. Sway bar relocation brackets maintain proper operating angle and full droop travel. The rear is lifted via a 2" block and u-bolt kit for a level to slightly tail-high stance. FOX 2.0 Adventure Series IFP gas shocks are included at all four corners.

Important Notes

• Stock wheels with stock tires can be installed; however, clearances are very tight to the upper control arms — a 1/2" wheel spacer is recommended.
• A proper torsion bar key unloading tool is required (Kent Moore #CH48809 or equivalent).
