Overview

Zone Offroad's transfer case indexing ring kit is designed for 2017–2024 Ford Super Duty trucks running 6" or more of lift. This kit rotates the transfer case 11 degrees to improve the front driveshaft output angle, allowing continued use of factory driveshafts while eliminating driveline vibration caused by excessive operating angles. The ultra-thin 1/4" design ensures optimal spline engagement once installed. ARP studs and hardware secure the assembly in place. Because the factory transmission crossmember does not provide sufficient clearance for an indexed driveline on these Super Duty trucks, this kit also includes a heavy-duty, high-clearance replacement crossmember fabricated from 1/4" steel that bolts directly into place with the supplied hardware.

Important Notes

DO NOT USE FILL PORT FOR FLUID LEVEL ON AN INDEXED TRANSFER CASE. THE FILL PORT WILL BE LOWER THAN OE FILL LEVEL HEIGHT: If any maintenance requiring fluid change or refill has or is being done, before reinstalling transfer case check fluid levels on bench and fill transfer case with manufacturer recommended volume of fluid.
