Overview

This transfer case indexing kit repositions the front output flange to help eliminate driveline vibrations that can occur at taller lift heights. The ultra-thin, low-profile design maximizes spline engagement and improves front driveline angles on 6-bolt transfer case equipped Ram trucks, allowing for re-use of the factory front driveshaft (with the included spacer) on 4–6.5" lifts. Also included is a bolt-in replacement crossmember with an integrated transmission mount for improved front driveshaft clearance.

Fits 6-Bolt Transfer Case Models Only. DO NOT USE FILL PORT FOR FLUID LEVEL ON AN INDEXED TRANSFER CASE. THE FILL PORT WILL BE LOWER THAN OE FILL LEVEL HEIGHT: If any maintenance requiring fluid change or refill has or is being done, before reinstalling transfer case check fluid levels on bench and fill transfer case with manufacturer recommended volume of fluid.
