This kit is configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series rear shocks, featuring a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a massive 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, race-developed high-flow piston design, application-specific valving, and a long-lasting clear anodized finish.
Overview
This BDS 6.5-inch lift kit is designed for 2007–2014 Chevrolet Avalanche, Suburban, and Tahoe and GMC Yukon 1500 4WD trucks. The kit provides clearance for up to 33-inch tires and includes everything necessary to improve stance, performance, and off-road capability. Up front, the kit utilizes full-length replacement strut shocks, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, a multi-piece differential relocation bracket system, and heavy-duty skid plates for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height with CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, CV spacers, and all required hardware are also included. In the rear, coil spring spacers properly level the vehicle and are paired with a choice of NX2 Nitro or FOX 2.0 Performance Series rear shocks.
Features
- High clearance crossmember design maximizes ground clearance

- Multi-point differential relocation brackets to secure the front axle and improve CV angles
- Choice of FOX 2.0 Performance Series or BDS NX2 Nitro Series twin-tube rear shocks
- Factory Protection Plus drivetrain warranty included
