Overview

The BDS NX2 Nitro Series rear shock delivers high-end performance at an affordable price for the 1997–2006 Jeep Wrangler TJ/LJ and 1984–2001 Cherokee XJ. Built around a pressurized nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, these shocks use 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving to provide lightning-fast damping response across on- and off-road terrain. The 2-inch body houses a large 1-3/8-inch fluon-banded piston with self-lubricating seals and a 14mm hardened chrome shaft engineered to resist rock chips and corrosion. Polyurethane bushings and metal sleeves are included for straightforward installation. Compatible with all current BDS lift kits and designed for use with 0 to 2-inch lift applications. Finished in a durable metallic silver paint with NX2 decals.
