Overview

Upgrade your 1973–1987 Chevy/GMC truck or 1973–1991 SUV 4WD with BDS NX2 Nitro Series rear shocks, delivering high-end performance at an affordable price. Built around a pressurized nitrogen-charged twin-tube design with 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, these shocks adapt rapidly to changing terrain whether on- or off-road. The 2-inch body houses a large 1-3/8-inch fluon-banded piston, self-lubricating seals, and a 14mm hardened chrome shaft engineered to resist rock chips and corrosion. Polyurethane bushings and metal sleeves are included for straightforward installation. Compatible with all current BDS lift kits and designed to work with 4 to 8-inch lift applications.
