Configured with FOX 2.0 Performance Series IFP rear shocks, providing a capable and proven monotube gas shock upgrade for the rear. These shocks feature a 2-inch impact extruded aluminum body, an internal floating piston (IFP) monotube design, CNC machined 6061-T6 aluminum mounting ends, a 5/8-inch hard chrome plated heat-treated alloy steel shaft, and application-specific valving to maximize performance. Includes a clear anodized finish for long-lasting durability.
Overview
The BDS 5-inch suspension lift kit for the 2022–2026 Toyota Tundra 4WD pairs FOX 2.5 Performance Elite (PE) coil-overs up front with a choice of FOX rear shocks to improve stance, performance, and off-road capability. The kit is designed around BDS's high-clearance architecture and provides clearance for up to 37-inch tires while correcting suspension and steering geometry for confident on-road handling.
Up front, FOX 2.5 PE coil-overs are paired with high-arched, 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers. The front differential is properly relocated to correct CV operating angles and is protected by heavy-duty, laser-cut skid plates featuring the iconic tri-color stripe backing plate. CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles and high-strength tie rod ends correct steering geometry at the new ride height and maintain ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, FOX reservoir mounts, and hardware packs complete the front suspension package.
In the rear, ProRide coil springs, a track bar relocation bracket, extended sway bar links, and control arm brackets lift and level the stance while maintaining suspension geometry and load capacity. Rear shock options include the FOX 2.0 Performance Series or an upgrade to the FOX 2.5 Performance Elite Series piggyback reservoir shocks.

Important Notes
- TRD Sport models will achieve the same stance as other models by achieving extra lift in the front.
- Will not work with Adaptive Variable Suspension (AVS) System equipped vehicles.
- Will not work with Air Ride models.
- Will not work with TRD Pro models.
- For regular off-road use, it is recommended to upgrade Non TRD Off-Road truck half axles (CVs) to Toyota TRD CVs (Driver Part# 434200C020, Passenger Part# 434100C020). Does not apply to TRD Pro models.
- The ADAS system in some vehicles needs to be recalibrated by a certified shop after installation. The vehicle may warn the driver of potential collision from lower bridges, overhead signs/wires, and signs in windy conditions. Most windshield repair shops (Safelite) and dealers are capable of performing this recalibration.
- Wheel and tire combinations were tested through normal driving conditions within alignment specifications. Some models may require: removal of mud flaps, trimming or re-securing of fender liners, or cutting/grinding of the body mount bump.
- Some 37-inch tires with 5–5.5-inch backspacing wheels may rub the sway bar during full-lock turning situations.
