This 3-inch lift kit from BDS Suspension is designed for 2005–2015 Toyota Tacoma 4WD trucks. The kit improves stance, performance, and capability while providing clearance for up to 33-inch tires. Up front, it includes FOX 2.5 Factory Series IFP non-reservoir coil-over shocks and heavy-duty tubular upper control arms for increased strength. One-inch front differential spacers and longer hardware are also supplied to reposition the front differential and keep CV axles within correct operating angles. In the rear, a set of add-a-leafs provides 1 inch of lift to level the truck, complemented by FOX 2.0 Performance shocks for an improved ride.
The FOX 2.5 coil-overs are tuned and ready to install out of the box, built around 2.5-inch diameter construction with race-proven technology. The heavy-duty upper control arms use 1.5-inch OD x .120-wall tubular construction with an indexed ball joint cup to correct ball joint positioning, allowing additional down travel and camber adjustment. Durometer-specific rubber bushings at the frame mounting ends provide maintenance-free operation, while greaseable ball joints at the outer end deliver smooth, quiet operation and superior durability. Arms are finished in a durable black powder coat with a billet aluminum dust cap.
