Configured with NX2 Nitro Series rear shocks featuring a nitrogen-charged twin-tube design, 10-stage velocity-sensitive valving, dual-welded ends for increased strength, a 1-3/8-inch high-flow piston, self-lubricating seals, and a silver powder coat finish.
Overview
BDS Suspension's 4.5-inch suspension lift kit is designed to improve the stance, performance, and capability of 2016–2021 Toyota Tundra 2WD and 4WD trucks, providing clearance for up to 35-inch tires. Up front, the kit employs a lower strut extension, high-arched 1/4-inch thick steel crossmembers, multipiece differential relocation brackets, and heavy duty skid plates for off-road protection. Steering geometry is corrected at the new ride height using CNC-machined ductile iron steering knuckles with replacement tie rod ends, maintaining ESC system compatibility. Sway bar drops, bump stop extensions, brake line brackets, and all necessary hardware are included. In the rear, the kit uses heavy duty cast steel lift blocks, a brake line bracket, and longer U-bolts, paired with your choice of specially tuned rear shocks.
